Come join us on September 16, 2017 at Evergreen Baptist Church of Los Angeles for our fourth event focusing on the LGBT community and the church. We will have three presentations:
- Ed Oxford on his studies on the origin of the word “homosexuality” in the Bible
- Rev. Dr. Ken Fong along with Marian Sunabe and Bonnie Tang, sharing about the unique journey Evergreen LA has been on regarding LGBT acceptance and the story of how they started the Open Door
- Rev. Dr. Kevin Doi on how he changed his mind toward accepting gay marriage not just politically, but spiritually as well.
There will also be a time of reflection led by Diane Ujiiye, followed by an opportunity to break into smaller groups for discussions with the three presenters!
